Garrison Golf Club, is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Garrison, North Dakota.
This course has water hazards coming into play on five holes. However, there are not any sand bunkers and only a few trees that can affect your shots. This is a nice, easy going course that is excellent for beginning and senior golfers.
Par for the course is 36. From the back tees, the course plays to 3,074 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 2,718 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 5, a par-5 that plays to 473 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 6, a par-3 that plays to 135 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 8, a 375-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Garrison Golf Course is # 2, a 319 yard par-4.

This is a course I try to play at least once a year. For the player who hits the ball straight, it may not be too difficult a course, but there are enough trees, dog-legs, and water hazards to complicate your day if you wander from the fairways. It has many elevation changes to keep you wondering even if you are in the fairway. The fairways are often wide and forgiving, but are often brown native grass, so it's not always an easy lie to hit from. The course is in pretty good shape, and is always fun to play. It's like so many of the many 9 hole courses in ND, not always groomed like a fancy 18 hole course, but challenging, enjoyable, and you normally don't have someone on your tail trying to push you faster than needed.
